 Tips to reduce and calms your dog's barking.             I really like dogs in the first half, but this bothers me a lot once the nearby family leaves their German Shepherd and Husky all night to bark and howl at whatever they hear. All the noise makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. I do not understand however homeowners do not bother to listen to it. Will your dog make a lot of noise? Is he provocative to your neighbors too?            The barking of the dogs themselves does not seem to be the issue. It's where and when and the way the dog barks.
